Credit cards can now be used to pay traffic tickets, court costs, fines, and restitution!

Major credit/debit cards will be accepted for payment in Clerks of Court Offices in the county where the case is filed, when offered by the cardholder over the telephone or in person.

· There is a 3.49% convenience fee charged by the credit card payment vendor and added to the total amount charged. (For example: if you wish to pay the court $100 using your credit or debit card, your credit/debit card will be charged $103.49.)

Instructions for using credit card over the telephone:

· Please call the Clerk of Court Office in the county where the case was filed:

· Anderson County District Court: (785) 448-6886

· Coffey County District Court: (620) 364-8628

· Franklin County District Court: (785) 242-6000

· Osage County District Court: (785) 828-4514

· Please have your credit/debit card information when you call.

· The owner of the credit/debit card must be the person who supplies the credit/debit card information over the telephone.

· The address and billing information you provide must match exactly the information on your credit card bill to be accepted.
