IMPORTANT NOTICE: Effective June 1, 2009

District Court can now accept VISA credit or debit cards.

Credit cards can be used to pay traffic tickets, court costs, fines, and restitution.

MasterCard, VISA, and Discover credit/debit cards will be accepted for payment in Clerk of District Court Offices

in the county where the case is filed when offered by the cardholder over the telephone or in person.

·        There is a flat convenience fee of $3.95 charged for each transaction. (For example: if you wish to pay the court $125.00 using your credit or debit card, your credit/debit card will be charged a total of $128.95.) 

    Instructions for using a credit card over the telephone:

·        Please call the Clerk of Court Office in the county where the case was filed:

·        Osage County District Court:        (785) 828-4514

·        Please have your credit/debit card information when you call.

·        The owner of the credit/debit card must be the person who supplies the credit/debit card information over the telephone.

·        The address and billing information you provide must match exactly the information on your credit card bill to be accepted.
