NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Franklin County, Kansas, is accepting sealed proposals for:

PUBLIC WORKS LIFT STATION PUMP REPLACEMENT PROJECT

A MANDATORY location-viewing meeting will take place at the Franklin County Public Works Shop, 1939 S. Elm, Ottawa, KS, on Thursday, May 2, 2019 at 10 a.m.  All interested vendors should meet at the Public Works Shop, as this will be the only time allowed to view the project area prior to the deadline to submit a bid. Only those who attend the mandatory meeting will be eligible to submit a project bid.  All others will be discarded.  For further questions, contact Brandon Sands, Franklin County Maintenance Director, at 785-229-3432.

INVITATION TO BID:  Replacement of Lift Station Pumps, FRCO Public Works Shop

Sealed bids for the removal and replacement of the existing lift station pumps and control components at the Franklin County Public Works Shop must be mailed or hand-delivered to the address listed below on or before 12:00 noon on Thursday, May 16, 2019.  Bids will be publically opened and read aloud at the Franklin County Clerk’s Office, located in the Historic Courthouse at 315 S. Main, Ottawa, KS 66067 at 1pm. Proposals not physically received by the County by 12:00 noon on Thursday, May 16, 2019, will be returned, unopened to the firm.
