5.1 Representative Bill Otto Update of legislative session/impact on County
(5 minutes per person, 15 minutes time limit)

ITEM: Approval for repairs on forklift from recycle center
Background: The Yale forklift at the recycle center is in need of repair by a Yale forklift repair shop. Yale forklift dealers are located in Topeka, Kansas City, and Wichita.
Recommended Action: Acceptance and approval of the low bid of $2765.00 for repairs to be done by Berry Material in Topeka, inclusive of pick up and delivery service
