1. ITEMS OF STUDY:  Items of study includes all timed items, bids, contracts and agreements, public hearings and organizational business coming up before the Governing Body.

    

   1. Review and discuss an engineering proposal for the Rehabilitation of Nevada Terrace.
       

   2. Review the suggestions from Becky Crowder of the Austin Peters Group, Inc. concerning the structure of the pay plan.
       

   3. Review minor suggested changes in the personnel manual.
       

   4. Discuss Kanza Rail Trails development of a trail in Franklin County.
