1. ITEMS OF STUDY:  Items of study includes all timed items, bids, contracts and agreements, public hearings and organizational business coming up before the Governing Body.

    

   1. Discuss construction of an EMS facility in Wellsville.
       

   2. Discuss the following HR Matters:
      
      a.)  Proposed Franklin County Pay Ranges for Classified Positions - per recommendations by Austin Peters.
      b.)  Impact of Austin Peters' proposed 2% increase above cost of living adjustments for Grades 0 through 2a.
      c.)  Ransom Memorial Hospital  "Discretionary Leave" policy.
      d.)  Suggested articulation for Personnel Manual revisions (Section 4.4 - Failure to Report; Section 5.3 - Vacation Leave).
      e.)  Discussion regarding Infinitec training as it relates to payroll.
       

   3. Discuss an update from the NE Homeland Security Regional Council and equipment that can be made available to Franklin County.
       

   4. Discussion of alterations of Oregon Road North of Butler Road.
