1. ITEMS OF STUDY:  Items of study includes all timed items, bids, contracts and agreements, public hearings and organizational business coming up before the Governing Body.

    

   1. Review and discuss the currently adopted Minimum Maintenance Road Policy.
       

   2. Review and discuss Economic Development Grant offer from KDOT for continuation of Montana Road between U.S. 59 interchange and Sand Creek Road.
