  1. CALL TO ORDER and PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE

  2. ROLL CALL

  3. PUBLIC COMMENT:  A citizen desiring to speak on an item not on the agenda may do so at this time.  Discussion is limited to five minutes and the Commission will not take action or discuss items at this time.  Items introduced under “Public Comment” may become agenda items at a later date.

  4. CONSENT AGENDA:  Items listed on the “Consent Agenda” are considered routine and shall be enacted by one motion of the Board of Commissioners with no separate discussion.  If separate discussion is desired by a member of the Governing Body, that item may be removed from the “Consent Agenda” and placed on the regular agenda “Items of Business.”

    1. Approval of the minutes of the County Commission meeting of December 20, 2006.
       

  5. ITEMS OF BUSINESS:  Items of business includes all timed items, bids, contracts and agreements, public hearings and organizational business coming before the Governing Body.

     

    1. Consider the approval of a Grant of Easement for Lot Split #0612-696.
       

    2. That Rezoning Application #0608-663 to rezone approximately 20 acres from an A-1, Agricultural District, to an A-2, Transitional Agricultural District, and to rezone approximately 10 acres from an A-1, Agricultural District, to an R-E, Residential Estate, located on the South side of Rock Creek Road between Colorado Road and Delaware Road, be approved.
       

    3. That Rezoning Application #0610-677 to rezone approximately 20.12 acres from an A-1, Agricultural District, to an A-2, Transitional Agricultural District, and to rezone approximately 10.04 acres from an A-1, Agricultural District, to an R-E, Residential Estate District, located on the South side of Reno Road between Eisenhower Road and 59 Highway, be approved.
       

    4. That Rezoning Application #0610-680 to rezone approximately 18.76 acres from an A-2, Transitional Agricultural District, to an R-E, Residential Estate District, located near the intersection of Labette Terrace and Nebraska Road on the North side of Labette Terrace and the East side of Nebraska Road, be approved.
       

    5. Consider authorizing a modification of the contract with B.G. Consultants, Inc.
       

    6. Consider the approval of a contract between the Franklin County Sheriff's Office and the City of Pomona Law Enforcement for services to be provided in 2007.
       

    7. Consider the approval of a cooperative venture between the Franklin County Sheriff's Office and the Ottawa Police Department for the enhancement upgrade for CAD and RMs.
       

    8. Consider the approval of the annual maintenance agreement between Franklin County and TFM Communications for services to be provided in 2007.
       

    9. Consider the approval of the November Ambulance Department write-offs.
       

    10. Consider the approval of payment request #10 for the Elizabeth Layton Center CDBG project.
       

    11. Consider approving the annual renewal of the McAfee Virus Software.
