  5. PUBLIC COMMENT:  A citizen desiring to speak on an item not on the agenda may do so at this time.  Discussion is limited to five minutes and the Commission will not take action or discuss items at this time.  Items introduced under “Public Comment” may become agenda items at a later date.

  6. CONSENT AGENDA:  Items listed on the “Consent Agenda” are considered routine and shall be enacted by one motion of the Board of Commissioners with no separate discussion.  If separate discussion is desired by a member of the Governing Body, that item may be removed from the “Consent Agenda” and placed on the regular agenda “Items of Business.”

    1. Approval of the minutes of the County Commission meeting of February 28, 2007.

    2. Approval of claim vouchers and tax change orders.
       

  7. ITEMS OF BUSINESS:  Items of business includes all timed items, bids, contracts and agreements, public hearings and organizational business coming before the Governing Body.

     

    1. Consider removing from the Table the upgrade of the 900 block of Georgia Road.

    2. Consider the approval of Rezoning Application #0701-701 to rezone approximately 5.038 acres from an A-1, Agricultural District, to an R-E, Residential Estate District, located near the intersection of Riley Road and Utah Road on the South side of Riley Road and the East side of Utah Road.

    3. Consider approving the vacation of all easements and right of ways shown on the Final Plat of the Tennessee Park Subdivision.

Consider approving the recommendation of the Planning Committee to deny Special Use Permit Application #0701-700 for the operation of a dog kennel located in an R-E, Residential District, near the intersection of Stafford Road and Texas Road on the North side of Stafford Road and the East side of Texas Road.
