  1. ITEMS OF STUDY:  Items of study includes all timed items, bids, contracts and agreements, public hearings and organizational business coming up before the Governing Body.

     

    1. Presentation and discussion of the Jail Study Committee's report on alternative programs designed to preserve jail capacity. (9:00 - 10:00)

     

    1. Discussion relative to the make up of the Criminal Justice Building Committee. (10:00 - 10:30)
       
    2. Meet with Mr. David Cromwell, Operations Manager for the Kansas Board of EMS, to discuss their offer to conduct a study of the current and future Emergency Medical Services needs of Franklin County. (10:30 - 11:00)
       
    3. Discuss Tax Change Order relative to the City of Ottawa's Neighborhood Revitalization Program. (11:00 - 11:15)
       
    4. Discuss request from the City of Wellsville for emergency siren maintenance. (11:15 - 11:45)
