  4. INVOCATION: Led by Reverend Katrina Palan.

  5. PUBLIC COMMENT:  A citizen desiring to speak on an item not on the agenda may do so at this time.  Discussion is limited to five minutes and the Commission will not take action or discuss items at this time.  Items introduced under “Public Comment” may become agenda items at a later date.

  6. CONSENT AGENDA:  Items listed on the “Consent Agenda” are considered routine and shall be enacted by one motion of the Board of Commissioners with no separate discussion.  If separate discussion is desired by a member of the Governing Body, that item may be removed from the “Consent Agenda” and placed on the regular agenda “Items of Business.”

    1. Approval of the minutes of the County Commission meeting of May 7, 2007.

    2. Approval of claim vouchers and tax change orders.

    3. Approval of April payroll.

  7. ITEMS OF BUSINESS:  Items of business includes all timed items, bids, contracts and agreements, public hearings and organizational business coming before the Governing Body.

    1. Consider the approval of the Juvenile Justice Authority Application for CY2007 Supplemental Graduated Sanctions Funds for Community Corrections.

    2. Consider the approval of EMS write-offs for the month April in the amount of $22,614.87.

    3. Consider the approval of an agreement with Terracon for sampling, testing and provide design recommendations for the 13 Mile Project.

    4. Consider waiving the purchasing policy and approving an agreement with Killough Construction to repair distress on John Brown Road between Kentucky Road and Old U.S. 50 Highway.

    5. Consider waiving the purchasing policy and approving the purchase of a 140H Motor Grader from Martin Tractor Company.

    6. Consider the approval to Solicit Bids to finance two Caterpillar 140H Motor Graders.

    7. Consider the approval of a cost sharing agreement with Ted Fogle to overlay a portion of Kingman Road 1,020 feet east of U.S. Highway 59.
