Consider the approval of the Juvenile Justice Authority Application for CY2007 Supplemental Graduated Sanctions Funds for Community Corrections.
Consider the approval of EMS write-offs for the month April in the amount of $22,614.87.
Consider the approval of an agreement with Terracon for sampling, testing and provide design recommendations for the 13 Mile Project.
Consider waiving the purchasing policy and approving an agreement with Killough Construction to repair distress on John Brown Road between Kentucky Road and Old U.S. 50 Highway.
Consider waiving the purchasing policy and approving the purchase of a 140H Motor Grader from Martin Tractor Company.
Consider the approval to Solicit Bids to finance two Caterpillar 140H Motor Graders.
Consider the approval of a cost sharing agreement with Ted Fogle to overlay a portion of Kingman Road 1,020 feet east of U.S. Highway 59.
