1. ITEMS OF STUDY:  Items of study includes all timed items, bids, contracts and agreements, public hearings and organizational business coming up before the Governing Body.

   1. Receive presentation and discuss the creation of an Explorer Post program in Franklin County, to be sponsored by the Franklin County Sheriff's Department. (9:00 - 9:30)

   2. Presentation by Sheriff Davis on proposed upgrade of 911 "New World" Records Management System and proposed memorandum of understanding with the City of Ottawa relative to cost sharing. (9:30 - 10:00)
