  4. INVOCATION:  Led by Reverend Matt Benorden with Hospice Care of Kansas.

  6. PUBLIC COMMENT:  A citizen desiring to speak on an item not on the agenda may do so at this time.  Discussion is limited to five minutes and the Commission will not take action or discuss items at this time.  Items introduced under “Public Comment” may become agenda items at a later date.

  7. CONSENT AGENDA:  Items listed on the “Consent Agenda” are considered routine and shall be enacted by one motion of the Board of Commissioners with no separate discussion.  If separate discussion is desired by a member of the Governing Body, that item may be removed from the “Consent Agenda” and placed on the regular agenda “Items of Business.”

    2. Consider the approval of claim vouchers and tax change orders.

    4. Consider the approval of Rezoning Application #0702-720, to rezone approximately 6.93 acres from an A-1, Agricultural District, to an R-E, Residential Estate District, located on the South side of Rock Creek Road between Idaho Road and Interstate 35.

    5. Consider the approval of Rezoning Application #0707-778, to rezone approximately 5.50 acres from an A-1, Agricultural District, to an R-E, Residential Estate District, located on the South side of Stafford Road between Colorado Road and Delaware Road.

    6. Consider the approval of Rezoning Application #0707-781, to rezone approximately 5.00 acres from an A-1, Agricultural District, to an R-E, Residential Estate District, located at the intersection of Haskell Terrace and Oregon Road on the North side of Haskell Terrace and on the West side of Oregon Road.

    7. Consider the approval of Rezoning Application #0708-784, to rezone approximately 11.12 acres from an A-1, Agricultural District, to an R-E, Residential Estate District, located on the South side of Thomas Road between Tennessee Road and Texas Road.

    8. Consider the approval of the K-68 Partnership Agreement.
