  1. ITEMS OF STUDY:  Items of study includes all timed items, bids, contracts and agreements, public hearings and organizational business coming up before the Governing Body.

    1. Receive a presentation from Joe DeWerff with Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Kansas. (9:00 - 9:30)

    2. Receive and discuss the Ambulance Study Report for Franklin County as presented by David Cromwell with the State Board of EMS.  (9:30 - 10:30)

    3. Discuss the reimbursement options of the County Retailers Sales Tax with representatives of the City of Ottawa and the City of Wellsville.  (10:45)
