  5. CORRESPONDENCE & ORGANIZATIONAL BUSINESS

    1. 8:45 - Receive an update from Secretary of State, Ron Thornburgh.

  6. PUBLIC COMMENT:  A citizen desiring to speak on an item not on the agenda may do so at this time.  Discussion is limited to five minutes and the Commission will not take action or discuss items at this time.  Items introduced under “Public Comment” may become agenda items at a later date.

  7. CONSENT AGENDA:  Items listed on the “Consent Agenda” are considered routine and shall be enacted by one motion of the Board of Commissioners with no separate discussion.  If separate discussion is desired by a member of the Governing Body, that item may be removed from the “Consent Agenda” and placed on the regular agenda “Items of Business.”

    1. Consider the approval of the minutes of the County Commission meeting of October 31, 2007.

    2. Consider the approval of claim vouchers and tax change orders, 2006-374 through 2006-424 in amount of ($12,814.46).

    3. Consider the approval of payroll for the September 21st through October 20th.

  8. ITEMS OF BUSINESS:  Items of business includes all timed items, bids, contracts and agreements, public hearings and organizational business coming before the Governing Body.

    1. Consider the approval of a request by the Noxious Weed Department to purchase and install a snow plow for snow removal during the winter.

    2. Consider the approval of an invoice, in the amount of $6,194.66, from Franklin County Rural Water District #4 for water line damage that occurred during the reshaping of Idaho Road south of Jackson Road.

    3. Consider the approval of an invoice, in the amount of $23,602.00, from Franklin County Rural Water District #4 for the replacement of waterline damaged during the reshaping of Idaho Road between Haskell Road and Jackson Road.

    4. Consider the approval of a Resolution establishing an Emergency Telephone Tax for Franklin County.
