  3. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE

  4. INVOCATION:  Led by Reverend Joel Fredrikson with First Baptist Church.

  5. CORRESPONDENCE & ORGANIZATIONAL BUSINESS

  6. PUBLIC COMMENT:  A citizen desiring to speak on an item not on the agenda may do so at this time.  Discussion is limited to five minutes and the Commission will not take action or discuss items at this time.  Items introduced under “Public Comment” may become agenda items at a later date.

  7. CONSENT AGENDA:  Items listed on the “Consent Agenda” are considered routine and shall be enacted by one motion of the Board of Commissioners with no separate discussion.  If separate discussion is desired by a member of the Governing Body, that item may be removed from the “Consent Agenda” and placed on the regular agenda “Items of Business.”

    1. Consider the approval of the minutes of the County Commission meeting of November 7, 2007.

    2. Consider the approval of claim vouchers and tax change orders.

  8. ITEMS OF BUSINESS:  Items of business includes all timed items, bids, contracts and agreements, public hearings and organizational business coming before the Governing Body.

    1. Consider the approval of the Hazard Mitigation Grant Plan Application for the Emergency Management Department.

    2. 9:00 - Hold a Public Hearing to discuss the vacation of 2nd Street in Imes.

    3. 9:30 - Receive an update on the Courthouse Restoration Project from Project Consultant Don McMican.

    4. 10:00 - Receive an update on the Elizabeth Layton Center Grant Project.

    5. Consider the approval of a Resolution prohibiting parking in the 3200 block of Nevada Terrace.

    6. Consider the approval of Rural Water District #5 waterline relocation to allow construction of the Missouri Road Bridge.

    7. Consider the approval of a request to solicit bids for an F-550 Cab and Chassis for the Public Works Department.

    8. Consider the approval of a request to solicit bids for two F-350 Cab and Chassis for the Public Works Department.

    9. Consider the approval of a request to solicit bids for two Pickup Trucks for the Public Works Department.

    10. Consider the approval of a request to solicit bids for a Gooseneck Trailer for the Public Works Department.

    11. Consider entering into executive session to discuss matters of attorney client privilege.
