BOARD OF FRANKLIN COUNTY COMMISSIONERS

  1. BUDGETS TO STUDY:  Budgets to be studied includes those departmental, agency, tax, and non-tax budgets that will effect the County's overall expenditures, revenues and mill levy for the ensuing year.  These discussions are strictly for purpose of preparing the budgets and better understanding the proposals and requests of these departments, agencies, and funds.

    1. 8:30 - County Treasurer

    2. 9:00 - Maintenance Department

    3. 9:30 - Administration/Commission

    4. 10:00 - Break

    5. 10:15 - Employee Benefits

    6. 11:15 - Information Technology

      • Discuss the replacement of the County firewall and a network and security assessment.

    7. 11:45 - Lunch Break

    8. 1:00 -Planning & Building/Environmental Health

      • Discuss the proposed 2008 Franklin County Sanitation Code.

      • Discuss the Environmental Health & Planning & Building Departments Fee Structures.

    9. 2:00 - Additional Budget Discussion
