1. ITEMS OF STUDY:  Items of study includes all timed items, bids, contracts and agreements, public hearings and organizational business coming up before the Governing Body.

   1. Receive a presentation on the Franklin County Visitor's Center budget from Kristi Lee, Director.

   2. Discuss 2009 budget options for the Veteran's Memorial with Sherry Wright.

   3. Discuss the 2009 Legislative Request Form for the Kansas Association of Counties.

   4. Discuss the Wellsville Ambulance Station 2009 budget.

   5. Review the 2008 audit proposals.

   6. Discuss the Franklin County Purchasing Policy.

   7. Discuss alternative work schedules for county employees.

   8. Discuss the employee benefit survey results and options.

   9. Discuss the 2009 Proposed Operating Budget.
