1. ITEMS OF STUDY:  Items of study includes all timed items, bids, contracts and agreements, public hearings and organizational business coming up before the Governing Body.

   1. Receive a presentation on the 2009 Lake Region Solid Waste Authority budget from Chris Paus.

   2. Discuss the proposed 2009 Sheriff's Department budget with Craig Davis, Sheriff.

   3. Discuss the proposed 2009 Road & Bridge budget with Jim Haag, Director.

   4. Discuss the Rapid Tag Accountability System for Emergency Management with Alan Radcliffe, Director.

   5. Discuss the proposed modifications for the 2009 KWORCC coverage.

   6. Discuss the bid proposals for the 13 Mile Project Project for Public Works.

   7. Discuss the meeting format for the regular meetings of the Franklin County Commission.

   8. Discuss the Proposed 2009 Franklin County Operating Budget.
