    2. Consider entering into executive session to discuss matters relating to the security of a public building.

    2. 1:30 p.m. - Discuss the Kansas State Employee Health Benefits Plan with Jeanne Kelly, Benefits Communications Manager.

    3. 2:00 p.m. - Discuss the proposed 2009 Ambulance Department operating budget.

    4. 2:30 p.m. - Discuss the options for the 2009 Employee Benefits budget.

    5. 3:00 p.m. - Discuss the proposed 2009 County Operating Budget.
