Consider the approval of the Federal Annual Certification Report for the Franklin County Sheriff's Office.
8:45 a.m. - Hold a Public Hearing to discuss the vacation of Nebraska Road from the south line of K-68 to the west line of relocated Nebraska Road.
Consider the approval of a request to execute documents for Disaster #FEMA-1776-KS, related to recent storm damage in Franklin County.
Consider the approval of an agreement between Franklin County Emergency Management and Northeast Kansas Regional Homeland Security Council for the rapid tag accountability system.
Consider the approval of a modified Letter of Credit and revised Subdivision Improvement Agreement for Lane Meadows Subdivision.
Consider the approval of a Grant of Easement for Lot Split #0806-867.
Consider the approval of Special Use Permit Application #0806-863 located on the south side of Hamilton Road, east of Vermont Terrace, for the construction and operation of a contractor's storage facility.
Consider the approval of Rezoning Application #0805-847 to rezone approximately 12.69 acres from an A-1, Agricultural District, to an R-E, Residential Estate District, located near the intersection of Finney Terrace and Indiana Road.
Consider the approval of a request from the City of Ottawa to annex a portion of Labette Road.
Consider the approval of a Resolution expressing property taxation policy for the 2009 Franklin County Operating Budget and setting the Public Hearing for the 2009 Franklin County Operating Budget.
Discuss the proposals for the 2008 audit and financial statements.
Consider bids for the purchase of an ambulance for the Franklin County EMS Department.
