1. ITEMS OF STUDY:  Items of study includes all timed items, bids, contracts and agreements, public hearings and organizational business coming up before the Governing Body.

   1. 8:30 - Discuss the request to donate the safe from the Treasurer's Office to the Deanna Rose Children's Farmstead. (information previously provided in commission boxes)

   2. Discuss the Real Vision Imaging Implementation for the Motor Vehicle Department.

   3. 9:15 - Review and discuss the 2007 Audit and Financial Statements as submitted by Agler & Gaeddert, Chartered.

   4. Discuss the Kansas Department of Corrections (KDOC) Revised FY2009 Comprehensive Plan & Budget for the 4th Judicial District Community Corrections.

   5. Discuss the Kansas Department of Corrections (KDOC) FY2008 SB14 Year End Outcomes Report for the 4th Judicial District Community Corrections.

   6. Discuss the Criminal Needs Assessment from Treanor Architects.
