  1. ITEMS OF STUDY:  Items of study includes all timed items, bids, contracts and agreements, public hearings and organizational business coming up before the Governing Body.

    1. Discuss the Wellsville Ambulance Station.

    2. Discuss the Franklin County Juvenile Detention Center's services and functions.

    3. Discuss the commission meeting schedule for the remainder of 2008 and the scheduling of the 2009 reorganization meeting.
