  6. PUBLIC COMMENT:  A citizen desiring to speak on an item not on the agenda may do so at this time.  Discussion is limited to five minutes and the Commission will not take action or discuss items at this time.  Items introduced under “Public Comment” may become agenda items at a later date.

  7. CONSENT AGENDA:  Items listed on the “Consent Agenda” are considered routine and shall be enacted by one motion of the Board of Commissioners with no separate discussion.  If separate discussion is desired by a member of the Governing Body, that item may be removed from the “Consent Agenda” and placed on the regular agenda “Items of Business.”

    1. Consider the approval of the minutes of the Franklin County Commission meetings of January 21st and 26th, 2009.

    2. Consider the approval of claim vouchers and tax change orders.

    3. Consider the approval of emergency vehicle permits for:

    1. Consider the approval of a Resolution establishing the Ottawa Herald as the official county newspaper.

    7. Consider the approval of Rezoning Application #0810-883 to rezone approximately 26.23 acres from an A-2, Agricultural District, to an R-E, Residential Estate District, located near the intersection of Oregon Road and Highway 68 on the east side of Oregon Road, south of Highway 68.

    8. Consider the approval of a recommendation to adopt Missouri Drive as the name of the new frontage road located parallel to the east right-of-way for the realignment of U.S. Highway 59 and extending southerly one half mile from Woodson Road to Thomas Terrace.
