  6. PUBLIC COMMENT:  A citizen desiring to speak on an item not on the agenda may do so at this time.  Discussion is limited to five minutes and the Commission will not take action or discuss items at this time.  Items introduced under “Public Comment” may become agenda items at a later date.

  7. CONSENT AGENDA:  Items listed on the “Consent Agenda” are considered routine and shall be enacted by one motion of the Board of Commissioners with no separate discussion.  If separate discussion is desired by a member of the Governing Body, that item may be removed from the “Consent Agenda” and placed on the regular agenda “Items of Business.”

    1. Consider the approval of the minutes of the Franklin County Commission meetings of March 4 and 9, 2009.

    2. Consider the approval of claim vouchers and tax change orders.

  8. ITEMS OF BUSINESS:  Items of business includes all timed items, bids, contracts and agreements, public hearings and organizational business coming before the Governing Body.

    1. Consider the approval of a request from the 4th Judicial District Community Corrections to solicit bids for a vehicle.

    2. Consider the approval of a recommendation from the 4th Judicial District Community Corrections to terminate the FY2009 Sub-Grantee Agreement with Hive Youth Center.

    7. Consider the approval of Special Use Permit Application #0901-902 for the construction and operation of a greenhouse/nursery facility located on the east side of Idaho Road between Shawnee Road and Riley Road.

    8. Consider the approval of Rezoning Application #0901-905 to rezone approximately 59.89 acres from an A-1, Agricultural District, to an A-2, Transitional Agricultural District, located near the intersection of Butler Road and Ohio Road on the east side of Ohio Road south of Butler Road.
