BUDGET STUDY SESSION

BOARD OF FRANKLIN COUNTY COMMISSIONERS

Monday, June 1, 2009  |  8:30 a.m.

TO BE HELD IN THE ANNEX COMMISSION CHAMBERS

 

  1. BUDGETS OF STUDY:  Budgets to be studied includes those departmental, agency, tax, and non-tax budgets that will affect the County's overall expenditures, revenues and mill levy for the ensuing year.  These discussions are strictly for purpose of preparing the budgets and better understanding the proposals and requests of these departments, agencies, and funds.

    1. 8:30 a.m. - Emergency Management Budget

    2. Discuss the proposed contracts between Franklin County and Midwest Connections, Inc. to place equipment on the Franklin County communications towers for high speed internet.

    4. 9:30 a.m. - Public Works Budgets

    3. 11:30 a.m. - Planning & Building/Environmental Health Budgets

    4. Discuss a Resolution returning a portion of Missouri Road, between Stafford Road and Stafford Terrace, to full maintenance.
