ITEMS OF STUDY: Items of study includes all timed items, bids, contracts and agreements, public hearings and organizational business coming up before the Governing Body.

1. Discuss authorizing the Chairman execute the contract for the 2009 Chip Seal Project.

2. Discuss authorizing the Chairman execute change order #1 to the 2009 Chip Seal Project, an increase of $20,882.60.

3. Discuss the Solicitation of Bids for the purchase of up to 2,000 tons of Rock Salt.

4. Discuss proposed agreement with the Kansas Department of Transportation for the ARRA Overlay Project on John Brown Road.

5. Discuss selecting a consultant to perform construction observation on the ARRA Overlay Project on John Brown Road.
