ITEMS OF STUDY: Items of study includes all timed items, bids, contracts and agreements, public hearings and organizational business coming up before the Governing Body.

1. Discuss the 2010 Budget Proposal for the Franklin County Historical Society.

2. Considering approving the use of the Franklin County Courthouse for the production of “To Kill a Mockingbird” by ACT Ottawa Play Production.

3. Discuss the progress on the 2007 Bridge Inspection Structural Repair and Recommendations.

4. Receive a presentation from Jeanne Kelly, State of Kansas Benefits Communication Manager, in regard to the State of Kansas Health Insurance Plan.
