considered routine and shall be enacted by one motion of the Board of
Commissioners with no separate discussion. If separate discussion is desired by
a member of the Governing Body, that item may be removed from the
“Consent
Agenda”
and placed on the regular agenda

Consider the approval of the minutes of the Franklin County Commission meeting
of
July 8, 2009 and July 13, 2009.
2.
Consider the approval of claim vouchers and tax change orders.

coming before the Governing Body.
1. Hold
a Public Hearing to discuss opening a road along the east side of the NW ¼ of
Section 17, Township 19 South, Range 21 East.

Consider passing Resolution #09-037 adjusting the County’s mileage reimbursement
rate to match the rate approved by the State of Kansas and future adjustments
based on the rates set by the State of Kansas.
