1. ITEMS OF STUDY:  Items of study includes all timed items, bids, contracts and agreements, public hearings and organizational business coming up before the Governing Body.

   1. Discuss the Supplemental Agreement No. 1 between Franklin County and the Kansas Department of Transportation for the Montana Road Project.

   2. Discuss the Office Annex Lease Agreement between Franklin County and Ottawa Family Physicians for the lease of rental office space.

   3. Discuss a letter of intent to enter into a three (3) year contract with the Kansas Health Policy Authority to participate in the State Employee's Health Benefits Plan.
