The Board of Franklin County Commissioners will not be holding their study session on Monday, December 28, 2009 or their regular meeting on Wednesday, December 30, 2009.  The next study session is scheduled for Monday, January 4, 2010 and the regular commission meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, January 6, 2010.
