  5. CORRESPONDENCE & ORGANIZATIONAL BUSINESS

  6. PUBLIC COMMENT:  A citizen desiring to speak on an item not on the agenda may do so at this time.  Discussion is limited to five minutes and the Commission will not take action or discuss items at this time.  Items introduced under “Public Comment” may become agenda items at a later date.

  7. CONSENT AGENDA:  Items listed on the “Consent Agenda” are considered routine and shall be enacted by one motion of the Board of Commissioners with no separate discussion.  If separate discussion is desired by a member of the Governing Body, that item may be removed from the “Consent Agenda” and placed on the regular agenda “Items of Business.”

    1. Consider the approval of the minutes of the Franklin County Commission meeting of June 2, 2010.

    2. Consider the approval of claim vouchers and tax change orders.

  8. ITEMS OF BUSINESS:  Items of business includes all timed items, bids, contracts and agreements, public hearings and organizational business coming before the Governing Body.

    1. Consider the approval of a recommendation to award bids as submitted for a vehicle for the Fourth Judicial District Community Corrections.

    2. Consider the approval of a Resolution committing funds and contracting with King's Construction Company, Inc. for the county share of the Montana Road Project.

Consider the approval of Rezoning Application #1004-1005 to rezone approximately 2.75 acres from an R-3A, Single Family Residential Three Acre District, to an R-E, Residential Estate District, to rezone approximately 7.25 acres from an A-1, Agricultural District, to an R-E, Residential Estate District, located on the east side of Kentucky Road between Interstate 35 and Kingman Terrace.

Consider the approval of Rezoning Application #1004-1006 to rezone approximately 6.73 acres from an A-1, Agricultural District, to an R-E, Residential Estate District,  located near the intersection of Woodson Road and Colorado Road on the south side of Woodson Road and west of Colorado Road.
