BUDGETS OF STUDY:  Budgets to be studied includes those departmental, agency, tax, and non-tax budgets that will affect the County's overall expenditures, revenues and mill levy for the ensuing year.  These discussions are strictly for purpose of preparing the budgets and better understanding the proposals and requests of these departments, agencies, and funds.
