1. ITEMS OF STUDY:  Items of study includes all timed items, bids, contracts and agreements, public hearings and organizational business coming up before the Governing Body.

   1. Receive an update from Darren Hibdon with the Frontier Extension Council.

   2. Discuss an agreement between Franklin County and Johnson County to participate in a Hazardous Materials Commodity Flow Study.
