1. ITEMS OF STUDY:  Items of study includes all timed items, bids, contracts and agreements, public hearings and organizational business coming up before the Governing Body.

   1. Receive an update and discuss the 2012 Franklin County Strategic Plan with Tom Weigand on behalf of the Ottawa/Franklin County Economic Development (O/FCED).

   2. Discuss the entrance options for the proposed site of a new water tower for Rural Water District #4.
