BOARD OF FRANKLIN COUNTY COMMISSIONERS

Chairman Roy C. Dunn called the study session to order at 9:00 a.m.  All present.

Alan Radcliffe presented the Local Emergency Operation Plan.

Recessed at 10:05.  Back in session at 10:10.

Alan Radcliffe conducted National Incident Management (NIMS) IS700 Training.

With no further discussion the study session was adjourned at 11:10.
