BOARD OF FRANKLIN COUNTY COMMISSIONERS

Chairman Roy C. Dunn called the study session to order at 9:00 a.m.  All present.

Keith Clark discussed the Jail Study Committee’s report on alternative programs designed to preserve jail capacity including electronic monitoring cost summaries.

Craig Davis discussed a new Criminal Justice Facility and Committee.

Nick Robbins discussed the Kansas Board of EMS conducting technical assistance for Franklin County with the following components:  HR, Policies, System Finance, Education System, Clinical care & transport, Facilities, Public access, Communication Systems, Medical oversight, QA/QI, Information systems, Public information systems, Public education & relations, Integration of health systems and EMS research.

Board discussed Neighborhood Revitalization Program.

Alan Radcliffe discussed siren maintenance policy and request from the City of Wellsville.

With no further discussion the study session was adjourned at 11:15.
