BOARD OF FRANKLIN COUNTY COMMISSIONERS

Chairman Roy C. Dunn called the study session to order at 9:00 a.m.  All present.

Dr. John Leatherman with Kansas State Office of Local Government Research & Extension discussed fiscal conditions and trends for Franklin County between 1997 and 2005.

With no further discussion the study session was adjourned at 10:05 a.m.
