BOARD OF FRANKLIN COUNTY COMMISSIONERS

Chairman Roy C. Dunn called the study session to order at 8:30 a.m.  All present.

Board discussed proposed 2008 Jail, Sheriff, Capital Outlay, Road & Bridge and Employee Benefits budgets and discussed COLA increases, performance increases and the 13 mile project.

With no further discussion the session was adjourned at 11:00.
