BOARD OF FRANKLIN COUNTY COMMISSIONERS

Chairman Roy C. Dunn called the meeting to order at 9:00 a.m.

Roll Call: Chairman Roy C. Dunn present, Commissioner Donald R. Stottlemire present, Commissioner Donald C. Hay present, Commissioner John E. Taylor present and Commissioner Karen S. Farrell present.

Lisa Johnson discussed a grant application for a Special Traffic Enforcement Program (STEP) with the Sheriff’s Department for $4,500.

Commissioner Taylor moved and Commissioner Hay seconded to approve the Special Traffic Enforcement Program Grant application for $4,500.  All voted “yes”.

Commissioner Taylor moved and Commissioner Farrell seconded to go into an executive session for 30 minutes at 9:04 for personnel on non-elected with Board, Doug Harris and Lisa Johnson present.  All voted “yes”.  Chairman Dunn opened the meeting at 9:22 and reported no action taken, no decisions made.

Commissioner Taylor moved and Commissioner Farrell seconded to adjourn at 9:22.
