BOARD OF FRANKLIN COUNTY COMMISSIONERS

Chairman Dunn called the study session to order at 8:30 a.m. All present.

Craig Davis discussed pc based New World Systems Contract for Record Management System.  The City of Wellsville and the City of Ottawa will be contributing to the future maintenance of the system as well as other costs for the system.  Total cost is $386,800 plus software maintenance per year.

Keith Clark discussed Juvenile Justice Authority’s Application for FY2007 Unexpended Prevention and Intervention Funds in the amount of $10,784 in prevention funds and $1,092 in the intervention funds in the Fourth Judicial District.

With no further discussion the study session was adjourned at 8:55.
