BOARD OF FRANKLIN COUNTY COMMISSIONERS

Chair Karen S Farrell called the study session to order at 9:00 a.m.  All present.

Board discussed Kanza Rails Trails bond.  They are offering to post a bond of $200 per mile for portions of the trail that is finished and/or being worked on.  They are also offering to immediately

deposit $900 in an escrow account.

Board discussed the 2009 budget schedule.

With no further the study session was adjourned at 9:31.
