BOARD OF FRANKLIN COUNTY COMMISSIONERS

Chair Karen S Farrell called the study session to order at 8:30 a.m.  All present.

Board discussed bid obtained from Mid-Continental Restoration for exterior building repairs between the Sheriff’s Office and Juvenile Detention Center in the amount of $15,197.

Board discussed survey as requested by Lake Region RC&D.  Each commissioner will complete and return on Wednesday.

Board discussed rules & procedures to follow during commission meetings.  Board will have on another study session in two weeks.

Board discussed policy for upgrading minimum maintenance roads.  Lisa Johnson will draft a revised policy.

With no further the study session was adjourned at 9:45.
