BOARD OF FRANKLIN COUNTY COMMISSIONERS

Chair Karen S Farrell called the study session to order at 8:30 a.m.  All present.

Tony Folsom, Deputy Director of the Division of Property Valuation discussed the Computer Assisted Mass Appraisal System (CAMA) which is used to produce valuations for property in all 105 counties in the State of Kansas.  The new system will be locally hosted or centrally hosted with the Kansas Department of Revenue (KDOR).  Franklin County is currently set to start on the new system in 2010.

Board recessed at 9:10.  Back in session at 9:17.

Board discussed rules of order.

With no further discussion the study session was adjourned at 9:26.
