BOARD OF FRANKLIN COUNTY COMMISSIONERS

Chair Karen S Farrell called the study session to order at 8:30 a.m.  All present.

Dennis Woolman and Tom Weigand updated the Board on the County Highway Improvement Program (CHIP) Committee.

Board recessed at 8:55.  Back in session at 9:00.

Keith Clark discussed JJA FY2009 State Block Grant Applications for Prevention, Intervention and Graduated Sanctions programming for Community Corrections.

Board recessed at 9:15.  Back in session at 9:25.

Craig Davis discussed Jail Project Architect proposals from Archetype Design Group and Treanor Architects.

With no further discussion the study session was adjourned at 9:45.
