BOARD OF FRANKLIN COUNTY COMMISSIONERS

Chair Karen S Farrell called the study session to order at 8:30 a.m.  All present.

Lisa Johnson and Jim Haag discussed a new comprehensive transportation program for Kansas.  There are two options 1) being specific listing capital improvements and 2) being more broad in conjunction with other cities and counties.  Board agreed on Capital improvements there is K-68 Hwy west of Ottawa, bridge replacement funding, revolving funds, Eisenhower Rd flooding and K-33 Hwy.

Board discussed goals and expectations of the 2009 County Operating Budget.

With no further discussion the study session was adjourned at 9:17.
