BOARD OF FRANKLIN COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
Chair Karen S Farrell called the budget study session to order at 8:30 a.m. All present.
Debbie Hough discussed 2009 proposed County Treasurer budget, 2009 proposed Motor Vehicle budget and the postage meter.
Darrell Wadkins discussed 2009 proposed County Building & Grounds budget, 2009 proposed Storage Facility budget, 2009 proposed County Building budget and 2009 proposed Annex Building budget.
Board discussed 2009 proposed Commission budget.
Lisa Johnson discussed 2009 proposed Administrator budget.
Board recessed at 9:50. Back in session at 10:15.
Gayla Stofko discussed 2009 proposed Employee Benefits budget and 2009 proposed Employee Benefit Trust budget.
Dustin Coureton discussed 2009 proposed Information Technology budget, 2009 proposed Technology Services budget, 2009 proposed County Wide Phone System budget, also discussed the need to replace the County firewall and perform a network and security assessment and the phone system.

Larry Walrod discussed 2009 proposed Planning & Building budget, 2009 proposed Environmental Health budget and the fee structure for permits for Environmental Health and the Planning & Building Department and the 2008 Environmental Sanitation Codes.
Board discussed 2009 proposed General Fund Revenues, Capital Outlay, Bond & Interest, Special Liability, Risk Management Reserve, Centropolis Sewer District, County Estates Benefit District, County Equipment Reserve and Special County Building Fund.
