BOARD OF FRANKLIN COUNTY COMMISSIONERS

Chair Karen S Farrell called the study session to order at 8:30 a.m.  All present.

Craig Davis discussed proposed 2009 Sheriff Budget, number of calls, number of officers and seized drug money use.

Chris Paus discussed proposed 2009 Lake Region Solid Waste Authority Budget and grants received.

Alan Radcliffe discussed Rapid Tag Accountability System and memorandum of understanding, grants and that he is leaving to go to Iowa to help with flood.

Recessed at 9:40.  Back in session at 9:47.

Jim Haag discussed bids for 2006 Chip Project, revolving loan and equipment replacement.

Lisa Johnson discussed proposed modifications to the 2009 KWORCC coverage establishing a $500 per claim deductible.

Lisa Johnson discussed moving public comment to the end of the meeting.

With no further discussion the study session was adjourned at 11:12.
