BOARD OF FRANKLIN COUNTY COMMISSIONERS

Chair Karen S Farrell called the study session to order at 8:30 a.m.  All present.

Harold Mayes with Agler & Gaeddert discussed audit proposal for 2008 county audit at a total cost of $23,000.

Rodney Burns with Schlotterbeck & Burns discussed audit proposal for 2008 county audit at a total cost of $21,000.

David Cocran with Cochran Head Vick & Company discussed audit proposal for 2008 county audit at a total cost of $33,175.

With no further discussion the study session was adjourned at 9:12.
