BOARD OF FRANKLIN COUNTY COMMISSIONERS

Chair Karen S Farrell called the study session to order at 8:30 a.m.  All present.

Lisa Johnson discussed the offer from the Wellsville Bank for a $5,000 fuel card.

Mr. Layton discussed the service of the Ambulance Department for Wellsville and surrounding area.

Donna Layton discussed a gas credit card issued through Taylor Oil.

Mr. Layton said the bank could donate the money to the City of Wellsville if that is what needs to be done.

Ethel Wallace discussed Juvenile Detention Center the location, services and functions.

Lisa Johnson discussed meetings for November and December.

With no further discussion the study session was adjourned at 9:07.
