BOARD OF FRANKLIN COUNTY COMMISSIONERS

Chair Karen S Farrell called the study session to order at 8:30 a.m.  Commissioner Taylor absent.

Steve Brown discussed proposed request for proposals for Digital Aerial Orthographic Photography and related work products.  The last photos were done in 2001.  Funds are available for this project from the Special Technical Fund created by a special fee on deeds filed in the Register of Deeds Office.

Sue McCay discussed being able to subscribe and view articles that are recorded in the Register of Deeds Office.

Lisa Johnson discussed Kansas Open Meetings Act.

With no further discussion the study session was adjourned at 9:13.
